age - 7 weeks 5 days
This was for my 9-10 week ultrasound. the doctor was very concerned and annoyed with me that the fetus seemed too small and so she moved its age back a week to 7 weeks 5 days.
She kept looking me in the eye and saying, “ARE YOU SUUUURE the date of your last period was blah blah blah?!”
Dude! Yes, lady! I am freaking sure!
Now I am in week 9. I am so tired I want to lie down and die right here and now. instead I sit at my desk blogging and longing to be at home in front of the sewing machine or in the bath with a book.
My next ultrasound appointment is on the 10th of November and that will be at 10 weeks 5 days.
Every morning I wake up and do a personal check. Are all my pregnancy symptoms still in evidence?
boobs? huge and tender? check!
bladder? going to explode? check!
I practically start crying with relief that they have not disappeared.
